Calculation of Frequency-Displacement Character for Eddy Current Transducer

当被探测平面为相对导磁率等于1的良导体平面时,从理论上推导出频率式电涡流位移传感器的频率-位移特性表达式,计算结果与实验结果之间有很好的一致性。

This paper gives an analysis of frequency-modulated eddy current transducer. Based on the image method, the calculation formula of frequency-displacement character are derived. Comparisons of calculated results with those obtained from experiments are made.Close agreement between them shows that such calculation method can be applild to engineering.
