摘要 天牛能否自身消化植物的纤维素,是长期来争论未决的问题,本课题用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶等电聚焦电泳方法着重研究了纤维素酶复合酶中C_X酶在虫体中的来源。对天牛科18种雌成虫、16种雄成虫、12种幼虫消化道C_X酶进行了电泳分离,并根据C_X酶同工酶在不同虫态与不同发育程度间的差异,探讨了天牛科C_X酶的来源,结果证明天牛中肠肠壁细胞能自身分泌C_X酶。 The origin of the chief cellulose digesting enzyme, C_X-Cellulase, in longhorn beetles was investigated. Homogenate of alimentary canals of 18 species of female adults, 16 species of male adults and 12 species of larvae of two subfamilies (Lamiinae and Cerambycinae) were tested with the isoelectric-focusing PAGE method. The zymograms of cellulase isozymes were quite different in various developmental stages and larval instars. The origin of C_X-Cellulase in digestive tract (mid-gut, hind-gut) of cerambycid beetles was discussed in detail.The author inclined to draw a conclusion that most species of cerambycid beetles are able to secrete their own C_X-Cellulase.
