摘要
光学层析成像技术是利用光学的方法对流体或物体进行层析成像的一种新的技术 ,近年来发展很快。本文较系统地介绍了光学工业过程层析成像技术的基本原理、分类。
The optical tomography is a new technology concerned with obtaining cross sectional,two dimensional images of three dimensional objects or multi phase flow which has a rapid development in recent years.In this paper,the principle,classification,the review and the application of the optical tomography used in the industrial process imaging are presented.
