摘要
采用超高斯 -谢尔模型光束来描述部分相干平顶光束 ,推导出光束传输M2 因子。利用广义惠更斯 -菲涅尔衍射积分 ,对其聚焦特性进行了分析 ,并对其焦面上的功率 (能量 )
Super Gaussian Schell model(SGSM)beams have been used for describing the flat top beams with partial coherence.The beam propagation factor M 2 factor has been derived.By using generalized Huygens Fresnel diffraction integral,the focusing properties of SGSM beams have been analyzed.Furthermore,the power(energy)focusability has been discussed.
