几种典型大功率激光的功率密度分布及其应用 被引量:3

摘要 本文采用大功率激光光束光斑质量诊断仪 (LQD 1) ,对几种用于工业加工的典型大功率激光束的功率密度分布进行测量 ,根据测量结果给出了其应用范围。 Transverse intensity distribution for several kinds of typical high power laser beams used for industry processing are measured with high power laser beam/focus quality diagnostic instrument.The measurement results are discussed,and the fields of application are given.
