摘要
较详细地阐述了一套新的运用于激光波长测量中对图像数据中特征信息的提取方法。由于是对二维干涉图进行处理,所以处理过程基本上分为图像预处理阶段的图形增强和二值化、条纹图形细线化的预处理及细线化、以及图形标注和数据处理。与其它方法相比,采用这种处理方法,测量精度高,在测量速度方面也能满足实时处理的要求。
A new method for extracting the characteristic information from the image data applied in laser wavelength measurement is described in the paper in detail. Since the processing is carried out for 2-D interferogram, so the processing process basically can be divided into image enhancement and binaryzation in the image pre-processing stage, the pre-processing for the fringe pattern slenderizing and slenderizing, pattern marking and data processing. Compared with the other methods, this method has the advantages of high accuracy, and the requirements of processing at real time in speed measurement can also be fulfilled.
