摘要
通过实验以及定量计算探讨了垂直二层膜介质由热磁衰减引起的输出信号衰减现象 .同时讨论了由单磁极磁头带来的一些影响 .并指出如果能避免这些影响 ,垂直磁记录的热磁衰减量要比相应的报道结果小很多 .垂直磁记录即使在膜厚度较厚的情况下 ,由于粒子尺寸很小 ,仍然能够实现很高的记录密度并保持低介质噪声 .
Output decay by thermal relaxation in perpendicular double-layered media is studied by numerical calculation and experiments. In addition some influences due to a single pole head are pointed out. We suggested that if these influences could be avoided, thermal relaxation in perpendicular magnetic recording would be much smaller than reported so far. High recording density and low noise possible with relatively small particles, even at large film thickness in perpendicular magnetic recording.
