摘要
随着我国经济的发展 ,企业制度改革的推进 ,起源于国外的股票期权激励机制逐渐成为当前的热门话题。文章论述我国引入股票期权激励机制的必要性、可行性以及组织实施的对策。
As China's economy is developing and the reform of enterprise system is being pushed forward,the share option competitive mechanism which originates abroad is now becoming a hot topic.The article discusses the necessity and possibility of introducing share option competitive mechanism into our country,and also the strategies of implementation.
