摘要
本文对发育中的大鼠睾丸进行了细胞角蛋白、波蛋白和溶菌酶的免疫组化观察,用异染法对肥大细胞作了显示。受精第17天,纵隔部睾丸索的上皮细胞中角蛋白反应已很强,而波蛋白反应弱。其它睾丸索的支持细胞也同时有两种中间丝蛋白,反应都弱。以后支持细胞的波蛋白反应随年龄增长而逐渐增强,角蛋白则变弱,生后角蛋白反应消失。但出生15天以后确实仍有少数支持细胞呈角蛋白阳性。溶菌酶阳性的巨噬细胞在受精第16天已出现,随年龄增长其数量逐渐增多,但生后细胞密度暂时减少。胎龄17天到生后1天,睾丸纵隔和附睾结合部聚集有大量巨噬细胞。生后20天的幼鼠睾丸间质中可见到具有异染性的肥大细胞成群分布在小血管周围。
The developing rat testes were studied with immunohistochemical technique to demonstrate cytokeratin,vimentin and lysozyme,and with metachromatical staining to visualise mast cells,On day 17 post coitum(pc)a strong cytokeratin exprossion was obesrved in the epithelial cells of the testicular cords that were situated in the medisatinum and were to become tubuli recti and rete testis.As for the Sertoli cells of those testicular cords that were tobecorne seminiferous tubules,both cytokeratin and vimentin weakly positive.Later the vimentin expression become increasingly stronger whereas the cytokeratin was weaker and negative in reaction for most of Sertoli cells after birth.However,there did exist a few Sertoli cells that showed positive reaction of cytokeratin after day 15(post partum pp.)The testicular macrophages were first identified with the lysozyme immunohistochemical technique on day 16 pc,which was 3 days earlier than the time reported.The macrophages were found to scatter betwen the testicular cords and under the tunica albuginea.Their number increased with age but temporarily decreased after birth. From day 17 pc tq day Ⅰ pp numerous macrophages were found concentrated in the area connecting the mediastinum and the epididymis.On day 20 pp metachromatic mast cells were found grouping around small vesseles in the interstitial tissue.
