红花油中毒148例临床分析

Clinical Analysis On 148 Cases of Hong Hua Oil Poisoning

本文报告１４８例因口服红花油中毒病例，临床主要引起中枢神经系统、消化系统、心血管、汗腺及肾脏损害，绝大多数病例经抢救治疗预后良好。出现超高热并意识障碍者为最严重症候，极易出现中抠性呼吸衰竭，死亡率高，应尽力做好抢救。

This article reports 148 cases of Hong Hua Oil poisoning taken orally,The clinical manifestation was the damage to the central nervous system,the digestire system,the cardiovascular system,the sweat glands and the kidneys.The prognosis of most cases took a turn for the better after emergeney treatment.The most serious symptom was ultrahigh fever accompanied by disturbance of consciusness,which often results in central respiratory failure leading to donth.If this symptom should occur,emergency treatment must institeted.
