螺旋油楔高速主轴动静压轴承研究(英文)

摘要 提出了一种新轴承———螺旋油楔动静压轴承。该轴承的结构能加速润滑油在轴向的流动 ;在周向两相邻油楔之间无润滑油流动。这样轴承的温升大为降低。该轴承具有高速、低温升、高抗振性优点 ,是高速主轴理想的轴承。 The spiral oil wedge hybrid bearing is novel.It has the outstanding features of accelerating lubricant flow in the axial direction,operating oil flow separation between each adjacent pair of oil wedges.These features give the model excellent characteristics of less temperature.In this paper,the working principle of this model is described in detail.The bearing will be widely applied to high speed spindle.
