300例恶性血液病的职业中毒史、既往病史和家族肿瘤史统计分析

Statistics and Analysis of 300 Cases of Malignant Hematologic Diseases with History of Occupational Poisonging,Past Illness and Family History of Cancer

３００例恶性血液病中，有农药杀虫剂密切接触史者３１例（１０．３３％），有化学性有毒气体密切接触史者４２例（１４．０％），明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００５）。另外，１０例（３．３３％）患双重肿瘤，１４例（４．６７％）有双重血液病表现，１３例（４．３％）患者直系亲属有肿瘤史。以上结果提示进一步研究这些因素对探明血液肿瘤的病因和诱因将有重要的意义。

Among the 300 cases of maligant hematologic diseases,31 cases(10.33%) had a history of close contact with agricultural insecticide,and 42 cases(14%) had a history of close contact with chemical gas.The incidence was higher than that in the control group(P<0.005).Besides,10 cases(3.33%) suffered from dual cancer. 14 case (4.67%) had dual hematologic diseases In 13 cases (4.33%) their family members had a history of cancer or tumor.These results suggest that further investigation of these factors to find out the causes of hematologic cancer will be of importance.
