摘要
从富硒培养的钝顶螺旋藻中提取、纯化硒化藻蓝蛋白,采用光固定法固定硒化藻蓝蛋白到组织培养聚苯乙烯(PS1)基板上,制备生物材料.研究这种材料对体外肝癌细胞7402的抑制作用,并与藻蓝蛋白固定化材料以及亚硒酸钠作对照.
Se - containing phycocyanin was extracted and purified from Se - enriched Spirulina Platensis . By photo - immobilization, Se - containing phycocyanin was immobilized on cell culture polystyrene. Inhibition activity of this new biomaterial on proliferation of liver cancer cell 7402 was investigated when compared with phycocyanin immobilization biomaterial and Na2SeO3.
