摘要 应用扫描电镜比较观察两个切花月季品种花瓣的超微结构.花瓣上表面细胞均向外突起,突 起的表面由条纹状皱褶构成,下表面由不规则的条纹状皱褶和腔构成.不同品种花瓣上下表面的形 态结构差异明显.观察了瓶插过程中花瓣上下表面超微结构的变化. The ultrastructures for petals for two cultivars (Samantha and Diplomat) of cut rose flowers ( Rosa hybrida ) were comparatively observed by SEM. The upper surfaces of petals both for Samantha and Diplomat were protuberated and the protuberances were composed of projected ridges while the undersur-faces were composed of irregular projected ridges and cavities. Significant differences were observed in the structure of both upper surfaces and undersurfaces between the two cultivars. The dynamic change in petal ultrastructure of vase cut flowers was also observed.
