阴极电弧法制备Ti-Ni合金贮氢薄膜及其性能研究

摘要 采用阴极电弧离子镀膜工艺制备 Ti-Ni合金薄膜贮氢材料 ,用电化学方法研究这种材料的电化学贮氢性能 ,采用 XRD方法研究贮氢薄膜在充放氢前后的结构变化 ,分析不同成分、基体对于薄膜试样贮氢性能的影响及其原因 .分析表明 ,贮氢薄膜为纳米晶结构 ,Ti6 1 Ni39晶粒线性尺寸小于 5 nm,电化学容量可达 2 0 0 m A .h/g以上 。 The Ti Ni alloy hydrogen storage films are prepared by the cathode arc method, and the electrochemical characteristics are studied by the electrochemical method. The structures of these materials before and after the electrochemical cycles are analyzed by X ray diffraction (XRD). The morphology of the film is taken by the scan electron microscope (SEM). The influence on the characteristics of films caused by different composition and substrate is analyzed. The results show that the hydrogen storage films are nanometer structures. The linear sizes of film crystal grains are less than 5 nm. The capacity can reach 200 mAh/g or so. The steady hydrides have formed after charge and discharge cycles.
