摘要
研究了分批培养条件下固定 CO2 氢细菌的生长及底物消耗动力学特性 .结果表明 ,最佳气相比为 V( H2 )∶ V( O2 )∶ V( CO2 ) =3.5∶ 1 .0∶ 1 .0 ;在 30℃、p H =7.0的条件下培养 4 0h,每 m L培养基菌体干质量达 1 .6mg,每 g细胞干质量含蛋白量为 71 8mg,菌体产率分别为Y( H2 ) =3.0 0 ,Y( O2 ) =0 .65和 Y( CO2 ) =0 .5 4 .并得到了菌生长和底物消耗模型 .
The kinetics of the microbial growth and the substrate consumption is studied in the batch culture system using CO 2 as a sole source of carbon. The results show that under the optimum composite of gases ( V (H 2)∶ V (O 2)∶ V (CO 2)=3.5∶1∶1) at 30 ℃, pH=7.0, 1.6 mg cell dry weight/mL culture broth was obtained within 40 hours, with 718 mg crude protein /g cell dry weight and the yield coefficients based on H 2, O 2 and CO 2 average Y (H 2)=3.00, Y (O 2)=0.65 and Y (CO 2)=0.54 respectively. The models of microbial growth and the substrate consumption are obtained.
