在固态和熔融态下RESS过程制备萘的超细颗粒

摘要 针对传统 RESS过程中存在着颗粒质量和产量问题 ,本文分别以超临界 CO2 作为溶剂在萘的固态和熔融状态下利用 RESS过程制备了萘的超细颗粒 ,研究了萘在固态和熔融态下各种操作变量 ,如萃取温度和压力、膨胀前温度和喷嘴尺寸等对产品尺寸的影响。结果表明 ,膨胀前温度和萃取压力的作用规律相同。提高膨胀前温度则颗粒变大 ;提高萃取压力则颗粒变小。萃取温度在萘的不同状态下表现出不同的作用规律 ,即在固态下 ,提高萃取温度 ,颗粒尺寸变小 ;而在熔融状态下反之。在该研究范围内 。 For improvement of performance and yield of product, ultrafine particles of naphthalene are manufactured in this work under its solid and melting state by using rapid expansion of supercritical solution (RESS) process, repectively. Supercritical CO 2 is utilized as solvent for the process. Meanwhile, effects of extraction temperature, extraction pressure, preexpansion temperature and nozzle diameter on size and size distributions of product are investigated under solid and melting state of naphthalene. The results show, an increase in pre expansion temperature leads to an increase in particle size; an increase in extraction pressure leads to a decrease in particle size; changes in nozzle orifice diameter have almost no effect on particles for both solid and melting state. But an increase in extraction temperature revealed respectively a decrease and an increase in particle size for solid and melting state.
