杀菌剂对巴西蘑菇菌丝生长的影响

The effects of fungicides on the hypha growth of Agaricus blazel

研究了多菌灵、可杀得、扑海因、百菌清、仙生 5种杀菌剂对巴西蘑菇菌丝生长的影响 .结果表明 ,不同种类杀菌剂及同一种类杀菌剂不同使用浓度对巴西蘑菇菌丝生长的影响程度存在显著差异 .其中可杀得在0 .359g/ L时对巴西蘑菇菌丝的抑制作用最小 ,抑制率仅为 2 .93% ,与对照没有显著差异 ,可望在巴西蘑菇栽培中使用 .

The effects of five fungicides on the hypha growth of Agaricus blazel were studied. The results showed that the different kinds and treatment concentrations of fungicides on the hypha growth of Agaricus blazel had significant difference. It was proved that the Kocide at concentration of 0.359 g/L had the least effect with an inhibitory rate of 2.93% and had no significant difference with contrast. Therefore, it could be used in Agaricus blazelcultivation.
