三波长分光光度法测定脑清片中氨基比林和咖啡因含量

摘要 本文用三波长分光光度法测定脑清片中氨基比林和咖啡因的含量,以盐酸溶液(9→1000)为溶剂在228,256,287.5nm波长处测定氨基比林含量,回收率为99.1%,RSD为0.4%。在256,276,286nm波长处测定咖啡因,回收率为99.7%,RSD为1.9%,方法准确简便,可同时测定二组分含量,不需分离。 Aminophenazone and Caffeine in Aminophenazone and Caffeine Tablets were dissolved with Hydrochloric Acid Solution (9→ 1000), were determinded with three wavelength spectrophotometry method. The determination wavelengths of Aminophenazone were at 228, 256, 285-7nm, recovery was 99. 1%,RSD was 0. 4%. The determination wavelengths of Caffeine were at 256,276,286nm,recovery was 99. 7%,RSD was 1. 9%. The mothed is accurate,simple and convenient,without any preliminatry spara-tion.
