HBV感染者胃十二指肠粘膜HBV DNA地高辛原位分子杂交研究

DETECTION OF HBV DNA BY HYBRIDIZATION IN SITU IN THE GASTRODUODENAL MUCOSA OF THE PATIENTS INFECTED WITH HEPATITIS B VIRUS

目的 :探讨 HBV在胃十二指肠粘膜的分布、复制、表达及其意义。方法 :应用地高辛原位分子杂交法检测 6 2例 HBV感染者胃十二指肠粘膜 HBV DNA的分布状态 ,并与血清 HBVM、胃十二指肠粘膜 HBs Ag、 HBc Ag、肝炎病情程度进行相关分析。结果 :6 2例 HBV感染者 ,2 7例 (4 3.5 5 % )胃肠粘膜检出 HBV DNA,检出率与肝炎病情程度、血清 HBs Ag、HBe Ag无明显相关 ,与血清 HBV DNA、胃肠粘膜 HBs Ag、HBc Ag密切相关 ;胃肠粘膜 HBV DNA的表达表现为 4种模式。结论 :HBV DNA可在胃肠组织原位复制 ,其不同的表达模式反映了病毒复制或整合的状态。

Objective:To explore the distribution,replication and expression mode of HBV DNA in the gastroduodenal mucosa Methods: HBV DNA were detected by hybridization in situ in the gastroduodenal mucosa of 62 patients infected with hepatitis B virus,with the correlation analysis between HBV DNA and serum HBVM,HBsAg,HBcAg of the gastroduodenal mucosa and the state of hepatitis Results: The positive rate of HBV DNA in the gastroduodenal mucosa was 43 55% in 62 patients The positive rate was not relative to the state of hepatitis and serum HBsAg,HBeAg were in positive correlation with serum HBV DNA, HBsAg,HBcAg in gastroduodenal mucosa There were 4 expression modes of HBV DNA in the gastroduodenal mucosa Conclution:There were HBV DNA replications in gastroduodenal mucosa and different expression modes of HBV DNA in the gastroduodenal mucosa that reflected the state of HBV replication and integration
