眼镜蛇毒因子对豚鼠-大鼠异种心脏移植的影响

EFFECTS OF COBRA VENOM FACTOR ON DISCORDANT CARDIAC XENOGRAFT IN GUINEA PIG TO RAT

目的 :研究眼镜蛇毒因子 (CVF)对豚鼠 -大鼠非协调性异种心脏移植的影响 ,探讨其应用的可能性。方法 :给受者大鼠进行 CVF (16 0 μg/ kg)、CVF+ CYP(16 0 μg/ kg+ 2 0 m g/ kg)、CYP(2 0 mg/ kg)腹腔注射处理 ,耗竭其体内补体 ,随后对耗竭体内补体的受者大鼠进行颈部豚鼠 -大鼠异种心脏移植。测定移植供心的存活时间。结果 :经 CVF处理后移植供心存活时间获得延长至 (36 .3± 5 .1) m in。加用环磷酰胺 (CYP)延长尤为明显 [(5 3.4± 7.4) m in],CYP对移植供心存活时间也有一定的延长作用 [(31.7± 6 .0 ) min]。结论 :CVF可延长供心的存活时间 ,对非协调性异种心脏移植具有一定的应用价值。

Objective:To study the effect of cobra venom factor on the discordant cardiac xenograft in guinea pig to rat.Methods:(160 μg/kg)CVF、 (160 μg/kg+20 mg/kg) CVF+CYP、(20 mg/kg)CYP were injected i.p. into the rats, and then,the guinea pig to rat cardiac xenotransplantation was carried out.Results: Cardiac survival time of treated rats with CVF was longer than that of the control(36.3±5.1 min vs 15.1±3.2 min, P<0.05), while the survival time could be prolonged further more by using of CYP additionally(53.4±7.4 min, P<0.05),CYP could also partially prolong the survival time(31.7±6.0 min, P<0.05).Conclusions: The cardiac survival time could be prolonged by pretreating with CVF. It had value for the discordant cardiac xenotrarsplantation.
