摘要
目的 :探讨银杏叶提取物抑制致龋变形链球菌的粘附作用。方法 :将银杏叶提取物与含细菌的培养液混合 ,分别装入2 4只试管 ,采用对倍稀释 ,稀释成 4个浓度组 ,另设一组不含提取物的细菌培养液为阴性对照组 ,一组含甲硝唑的细菌培养液为阳性对照组。均放入厌氧箱 37o C培养 48h,然后观察抑制致龋变形链球菌的粘附作用。结果 :观察到对抑制致龋变形链球菌的粘附作用有效浓度为 5 g/ L,与对照组比较 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :天然植物银杏叶提取物具有抑制致龋变形链球菌的粘附作用。
Objecitv:To study the nature plant extracts Ginkgo biloba L(EGB) on inhibitory adhering of streptococcus mutans.Methods: The mixed Ginkgo biloba L extraction and germs culture fluid put into twenty four tubes respectively.Four groups received double dilution.The control group was germs culture fluid which hadn't been mixed with the extraction.Another control group was germs culture fluid which had been mixed with the metronazolum.Each was anaerobic cultivated for 48 hours in 37+oC, then the anti-adhesion action to streptococcus mutants was observed.Results:The concentration of anti-adhesion was 5 g/L.Compare with the control group,it was significantly different (P<0.01).Conclusions: The extraction of the natural plants Ginkgo biloba L has anti-adhesion action to streptococcus mutants.
