摘要
目的 :观察 Graves病合并糖耐量异常 (IGT,DM)红细胞胰岛素受体的改变。方法 :用放射免疫分析法检测 Graves病合并糖耐量异常组 (简称 Graves病组 )与正常对照组的红细胞胰岛素高、低亲和力型受体 (R1 ,R2 )数目 ,并以相应的亲和常数 K1 ,K2 反映受体结合力的大小。结果 :Graves病组空腹 R1 ,R2 ,K1 ,K2 均降低 ,但无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;餐后 2 hR1 下降 ,血糖、胰岛素均显著升高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :Graves病合并糖代谢异常存在红细胞胰岛素高亲和力受体的异常。
Objective:To observe the changes of erythrocyte insulin receptors in Graves disease with abnormal glucose tolerance (IGT,DM).Methods:Insulin receptors (High-affinity type:R 1 and low-affinity type:R 2 ) in Graves disease patients with abnormal glucose tolerance (Graves group) and normal group were measured by radioimmunoassay technique. Both K 1 and K 2 were the indexes of the appetence for R 1 and R 2 accordingly. Results: Contrasting with normal group, both fasting R 1,R 2 and K 1,K-2 in Graves group decreased (P>0.05). R 1 ,plasma glucose,insulin of Graves group significantly decreased in postprandial 2h (P<0.01).Conclusion:The abnormality of erythrocyte high-affinity type insulin receptors were found in Graves disease with glucose metabolism disorder.
