出血性疾病的实验室诊断与进展

摘要 出血性疾病在临床上相当常见,约占血液病患者的1/3.除血液科外,临床各科也都有出血问题.引起出血的最主要原因为血小板量或质的异常和凝血障碍.先天性或获得性血管异常,纤溶亢进以及循环中抗凝物质增多等因素也可导致出血.患者的病史和临床表现常可提示出血的原因和诊断.如皮肤与粘膜的瘀点瘀斑以及月经过多常提示为血小板质或量的异常、血管性血友病与其他血管病变.深部组织与关节血肿多见于血友病.但这些临床特点仅有相对的意义,大多数出血疾病都需要经过实验室检查才能确定诊断.
