摘要
目的 探讨苯妥英钠对大鼠反复性脑缺血损伤的保护作用。方法 采用 Pulsinelli四动脉结扎法制作模型 ,测定苯妥英钠对脑能量代谢、脑水分、脑组织钙含量、丙二醛 (MDA )、脑电图 (EEG)等方面的影响。结果 苯妥英钠可逆转脑缺血引起的 ATP和磷酸肌酸 (PCr)含量下降 ,减轻脑水肿 ,使脑组织 MDA含量和脑钙含量减少 ,改善 EEG的异常改变。结论 苯妥英钠通过改善能量代谢、降低脑钙含量。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of PHTS on repeated cerebral ischemic injury of rats.Methods Pulsinelli four vessel occlusion method was used to make repeated cerebral ischemic injury model of rats.The brain ATP and phosphocreatine (PCr) content,brain water content (BWC),brain calcium content (BCC) and malonyldialdehyde (MDA) content were tested.The EEG was recorded.Results By using PHTS in model rats ATP and PCr contents were improved,BWC,MDA content and BCC were reduced,the recovery of abnormal EEG was promoted.Conclusion PHTS can protect the brain tissue from repeated cerebral ischemic injury by improving the status of energy metabolism,reducing calcium accumulation and anti lipid peroxidation etc.
