摘要
分析了水泥工业的生产特点 ,总结了水泥企业CIPS的体系结构。并根据水泥生产的特点 ,提出水泥企业以生产调度为主线的体系结构 ,并对实施CIPS中的一些关键问题进行了讨论。
The production characteristics of cement enterprises are analysed.The architecture of CIPS used in cement enterprise is summarized also.An architecture,which masterstroke is the production plan,is presented.The key problems in the implementation of the architecture are discussed finally.
