38例脐血粒系祖细胞体外培养的观察 被引量:6

摘要 本文报告用体外单层半固体琼脂培养法检测38例新生儿脐血粒—巨噬系祖细咆集落(CFU-GM),以观察人脐血造血功能。结果:38例中17例脐血7天CFU-GM产率56.11±74.37/2×10~5((?)±SD),范围10~292/2×10~5,丛38.87土2.27/2×10~5((?)±SD),范围3~145/2×10~5,其中6例14天CFU-GM产率58.67±7.55((?)±SD),范围11~118/2×10~5,以巨大集落为主,≥1000个细胞,该组CFU-GM产率在对照组成人骨髓范围内;21例脐血7天CFU-GM产率20.85±0.55/10~5((?)±SD),范围0~45/10~5,比成人外周血多。可见人脐血富含粒—巨乐造血干/祖细胞。
