围绕二次创业的中小型企业的融资、上市 ,成熟企业的并购、重组等问题 ,论述了我国中小企业内部经营机制存在的主要问题 ,结合现代企业制度的要求 ,从多角度提出了解决问题的对策 .

Based on the financing and going on the market of sm all and medium-sized enterprises,the merger and recombination of mature enterprises,the main problems which exist in the internal management of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country are discussed.According to the requirement of modern enterprise system,the solutions are proposed from many points of view.
