通过对典型的水产膨化饲料加工工艺流程的分析 ,阐述了水产膨化饲料加工的 5大工序 :原料的清理和一次粗粉碎、第一次配料与混合、二次粉碎与二次配料混合、膨化制粒工序、成品处理与打包。对生产水产膨化饲料的加工工艺中的常规配置作了分析 。

Five processing sections for the production of expanded aquafeed (i,e raw materials cleaning and coarse grinding , first proportioning and mixing, secondary grinding and mixing, expanding -pelleting, final products handling and bagging) were expounded by analyzing the typical technological flow for processing expanded aquafeed. The normal arrangement of the processing technology for producing expanded aquafeed was analyzed and the inexorable trend for developing the expanded aquafeed in the aquafeed processing industry was put forward.
