黄羽肉用仔鸡饲粮中添加异麦芽低聚糖的效果试验 被引量:8

摘要 选择 1日龄广西地方黄羽肉用仔鸡母雏 2 0 0只 ,随机分成 4组 ,每组 5 0只 ,进行为期 35d的饲养试验。研究了在饲粮中分别添加质量分数为 0 % (I组即对照组 ) ,0 .0 5 % (Ⅱ组 ) ,0 .10 % (Ⅲ组 )和 0 .2 0 % (Ⅳ组 )的异麦芽低聚糖对肉鸡生产性能及成活率的影响。结果表明 :与对照组比较 ,Ⅱ ,Ⅲ和Ⅳ组鸡日增重分别提高 2 .71% ,0 .73%和4.2 7% ,统计分析 ,组间差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;单位增重饲料消耗 (饲料 /增重 )分别降低 4.5 5 % ,3.72 %和 3.72 % ;成活率分别提高 12 ,12和 10个百分点。由此可见 ,异麦芽低聚糖用作黄羽肉用仔鸡的饲料添加剂 ,一定程度上可改善生产性能 。 yellow broiler chicks with one day age were divided into four groups in random, each group 50 chicks were tested for 35 days. The effects of the rations included isomalto-oligosaccharides 0% (control group), 0.05% (II group), 0.10% (III group)and 0.20%(IV group) on the production performance and survivability of broiler chicks were studied. The result showed that the weight gain of II, III and IV group increased by 2.71%, 0.73% and 4.27% respectively comparing with the conltrol group. There was no great difference( P >0.05). The feed consumption of the weight gain per unit (feed/weight gain) decreased by 4.55% ,3.72% and 3.72% respectively, but the survivability increased by 12,12 and 10 percent points respectively. Therefore, the production performance and the survivability of chicks were improved on a given range when isomalto-oligosaccharides used as feed additive.
