摘要
采用固态好氧发酵和厌氧发酵相结合的工艺来转化玉米秸秆生产饲料 ,主要研究了厌氧发酵阶段菌种的筛选 ,糖蜜浓度和接种量对厌氧发酵过程的影响。考察了各菌的生长曲线 ,pH、乳酸和还原糖等一些生化特性。结果表明 ,除发酵乳杆菌 1 2 0 2 9外 ,其余各菌均适合厌氧发酵 ,糖蜜浓度升高 ,增强厌氧效果 ,5 %的接种量既能启动厌氧发酵。在优化的条件下 ,pH可在 12h内下降到 4 2左右 ,还原糖快速消耗 ,乳酸含量可达 4 %左右 ,菌数达 10 10 个/
Coupling aerobic fermentation with anaerobic fermentatlion were used to bioconvert corn straw Strains suitable for anaerobic fermentation were screened,addition of molasses and inoculation at different levels were studied in this paper Results showed that except Lactobacillus fermentium 1 2029,other strains could be used in anaerobic fermentation,at least 5% molasses are necessary in anaerobic fermentation,and 5% inoculation level is enough for successful fermentation Under optimum conditions,pH reached 4 2 in 12?h,reducing sugars are decreased,a lot of lactic acids are produced,and the number of bacteria attains 10 10 cfu/g(dry weight)
