摘要
研究了适于液态发酵猴头菌多糖的各常用碳源和氮源及C/N比。结果表明 ,葡萄糖为最适碳源 ,其次为糊精 ;复合氮源 (黄豆粉 +玉米粉 +麸皮粉 )为最适氮源 ;最适C/N比为 2 6。C/N比对液态发酵猴头菌多糖的影响符合正态分布规律 ;
The effect of carbon ,nitrogen resources and C/N ratio on HEP production are studied in this article,and the results show that glucose and the multi-nitrogen resources are the best carbon and nitrogen resources respectively, the best C/N ratio is 26, the composition of medium and the C/N ratio are important factors for HEP production.
