摘要
通过对筛选出的一株酵母Y 1产GDL的发酵培养基组成及发酵工艺条件的摸索 ,并经正交实验 ,得到较优培养基配方为 :蛋白胨 3 5g/L ,酵母浸汁 2 5 g/L ,蓖麻油 5 % ,KH2 PO4 0 5 g/L ,Na2 HPO4 1 2 g/L ,MgSO4 ·7H2 O 2 4 g/L ,表面活性剂 0 4 % ,起始 pH7 0。在此条件下 ,发酵液中GDL含量可达 4 0 0mg/L。
The medium components and cultivation conditions were studied for GDL production by yeast Y 1.The optimal culture medium obtained through orthogonal designs was as follows:yeast extract 2.5?g/L,peptone 3.5?g/L,悖幔螅簦铮? oil 5%,antifoam agent 0.4%,KH 2PO 4 0 5%,Na 2HPO 4 1.2%,pH7.0. In the case,yeast Y 1 was cultured at 25℃ for 48 hours on a shaker with a speed of 80?r/min.The GDL production reached 400?mg/L.
