摘要
本文基于碘(I^-)在高碘酸钾氧化亮绿SF增色反应中的催化活性,建立了高灵敏度、高选择性的催化动力学光度法测定食盐中碘含量的新方法,测定线性范围为0.5~12.5μg/25ml,方法检出限为2.8×10^(-7)g/ml。该方法重现性好、准确度高、操作简便、快捷,测定结果令人满意。
This paper bases on the catalytic activity of I in color increase reaction in which KIO4 oxidizes bright green SF, and establishes a new method of high sensitive and selective to measuring I2 content in salt with catalytic dynamics photometric. Its linear measuring range is 0.5 - 12.5μg/25ml and measurement limit is 2.8×10~7g/ml. This method has some advantages such as repi-tition and accuracy is fine, easy and promptly to operate, the result of measurement is satisfying
