突发性感觉神经性聋病人T细胞亚群及体液免疫初探 被引量：5

摘要 对21例突发性感觉神经性耳聋病人进行外周血T淋巴细胞亚群和血清抗体测定,结果为:疾病早期OKT_3^+、OKT_4^+细胞数降低,OKT_8^+细胞数明显增多,OKT_4^+/OKT_8^+比值变小;恢复期OKT_3^+、OKT_4^+淋巴细胞数继续下降,OKT_8^+细胞数开始减少,OKT_4^+/OKT_8^+比值增大。血清中IgG、IgA、IgM平均值降低,与对照组相比除IgG外其余差异无显著意义。
