研究采用被孢霉为生产菌株 ,使用发酵法进行γ 亚麻酸发酵的研究 ,研究证明 ,发酵液pH值对发酵各参数有明显影响 ,γ 亚麻酸发酵时控制pH 5 5或稍低较为合理 ,在此pH条件下进行 50 0L罐发酵 ,发酵菌体干重达 6 3g/L ,油脂产量达 2 4 6g/L ,γ 亚麻酸产量达 2 4
Using the Mortierella 332 as the producing strain, this study carried out the γ linolenic acid fermentation. It's proved that the fermentation parameters were markedly influenced by the pH of the fermentation fluid. It's reasonable to control the pH as 5.5 or a little under this value in the γ linolenic acid fermentation. The 500 liter fermentation was carried out under this pH condition, the dry weight of the Mortierella reached 63 g/L , the oil yield was 24.6 g/L and the γ linolenic acid yield was 2.45 g/L
