优化了香草醛硫酸法测定大豆总皂甙的显色条件 ,并将之应用于大豆胚芽水提液中总皂甙的测定 ,精密度试验RSD为 1 4 7% ,平均回收率为 10 5 2 9% ,RSD为 2 2 4 % 。

The determination of soybean saponins using H 2SO 4 vanillin colorimetry is studied. The method is reliable to determine the soybean saponins in the water extration of soybean hypocotyl.
