摘要
提出了超临界CO2 萃取葡萄籽油的方法 ,研究了不同萃取压力、温度、流量、颗粒细度和萃取时间对葡萄籽出油率及油品质的影响。
Extraction of oil from grape seeds with supercritical CO2 was described.The study was concentrated on the effect of pressure,temperature,flow rate,granule sizes and extraction time on the production and quality of the oil from grape seeds.
