首先研究确立了玉米黄色素提取的方法和工艺条件 ,其次对玉米黄色素应用中的各种影响因素进行了分析 ,提出了应用的最佳工艺条件。

First,the process of maize yellow pigment extraction was studied.The technology and technological condition of the maize yellow pigment production were proposed.Second,many factors in application of maize yellow pigment were studied,the best conditions were suggested.
