介绍了我国面粉加工业的目前状况以及所取得的成就 ,分析了面粉厂加工业所面临的问题和挑战 ,就如何提高面粉品质质量及中国 2 1世纪面粉加工业的发展趋向进行了探讨。
The present conditions and the progress of flour milling industry in China were introduced. The problems and challenges existing in the flour milling industry were analyzed. And the developing trend of flour milling industry in China in 21 century as well as how to improve the quality of wheat flour were discussed.
