积极开展国际交流与合作 促进高校事业的快速发展

MANIFESTATIONS OF CROSS-CULTURE EXCHANGE AND COOPERATION FACILITATE ACCELERATED DEVELOPMENT FOR HIGHER EDUCATION

随着知识经济、网络时代以及全球化趋势的出现 ,世界范围内大学之间的交流活动日趋频繁。我国的高校必须顺应这种形势 ,通过引进国外智力、接受外国留学生来校学习、鼓励教师到国外参加学术会议或学习进修、举办国际学术会议、与国外开展联合办学以及争取国外资助等国际交流活动 ,促进自身快速、全面的发展。高校开展国际合作与交流可以完善我国现行的教育模式 ,加速教育国际化的进程 ,加速实现教育现代化的目标。

With the emergence of the lnternet,e-commerce and current trends towards globalization,cross-culture communications between institutes of higher learning become increasingly frequent.Improving Chinese progressive education system,accelerating the pace towards educational internationalization and realizing state mandated educational goals for global modernization all illustrate the need to attract foreign subject matter experts,accept international students to study at Chinese universities,encourage teachers to attend international conferences abroad and/or enroll in advanced degree programs,host international academic conferences,conduct educational programs with universities and seek financial aid abroad.Maintaining a high level of exchange and cooperation with universities abroad facilitates the accelerated development for universities in China as well as the internationalization of China's higher education.
