摘要
本文对铬革屑水解后的残渣———铬泥的利用进行了研究。采用碱水解和酶水解的方法将铬泥进一步水解提取胶原蛋白 ,用甲醛对胶原蛋白进行改性制备蛋白鞣剂回用于制革生产中。实验结果表明 ,用 1 2 %的甲醛(以胶原重计 )改性得到的蛋白鞣剂用于猪皮鞣制 ,坯革收缩温度可达85℃ ,其填充性能好 ,且革坯色白 。
The utilization of chrome sludge is discussed in this paper.Collagen hydrolysates are extracted by treating chrome sludge with sodium hydroxide and enzyme.And the obtained collagen hydrolysates are modified by formaldehyde to get protein tanning agent.The result of experiments has shown that when collagen hydrolysates are modified by 12% formaldehyde(based on collagen),the Ts of wet white,which is tanned with this tanning agent,can reach 85℃.Fullness and softness of resultant leather are good.
