简述了国内外银杏资源的分布,介绍了近年来银杏黄酮类化合物的种类、性质、生理功能及其加工特性方面的研究现状。
This paper gives a brief account of th e distribution of gingkgo resources both at home and abroad,an d presents current situation at gingkgo flaronoids study including its varieties,functions,physiolo gical efficiency as well as its processing properties.
