壳聚糖/腈纶纤维抗菌纤维混纺比与纱线强度关系研究

Study on the Relationship Between the Blending Ratio and the Strength of Chitin /Acrylic Anti-bacterial Yarns

简要说明了采用混纺法纺制壳聚糖抗菌纱线的必要性 ,并以壳聚糖和腈纶混纺纱断裂强度为例 ,采用拉格朗日插值法进行数学分析出 :壳聚糖 /腈纶纱的混纺比以 5 9/ 4 1左右时纱线强度最好 ,抗菌效果也处于极佳状态。

The paper studies the reason that the chitin anti-bacterial yarn should be manufactured through blending spinning technology. By using mathematical analysis of Matlab Language interpolation, the conclusion has been got. As far as the blending ratio of chitin and acrylic is concerned, the suitable blending ratio is about 59∶41(chitin∶acrylic), which is also testified in practice.
