Diagnosis of the Gastric Diseases by Spraying the Barium Suspension Directly Into the Stomach through the Gastroscope

本文报告在胃镜观察下直接钡剂涂沫造影的研究(共93例)。结果表明直接钡剂涂沫造影能获得满意的双对比相;直接涂沫区的胃小区胃龛影和早癌等病灶较常规双对比造影显示更清楚;同时结合胃镜活检使进一步达到对癌变的早期发现和确诊,提高了早期胃癌的检出率。

In order to combine the advan-tages of double contrast radiographywith gastroscopy,the technique ofspraying the barium suspension direc-tly to the stomach by gastroscopy hasbeen studied recently.The result sh-ows that this new method may havethe satisfying double contrast radiog-raph—the image of the area gastrica, of the earlier ulcerative gastric car-cinoma and of the benign gastriculcer is presented more clearly thanthat in the routine double-contrastradiography.In addition,endoscopicbiopsy may find the early change ofthe malignancy and confirm the dia-gnosis.So the detection rate of theearly gastric carcinoma is raised.
