摘要
提出了一种新的切削力预报模型 考虑了切削过程变量如切削深度与进给量 ,以及刀具几何参数如副切削刃及刀尖圆弧半径的影响 ,获得了稳态切削条件下斜角切削时的切削力预报公式 对铝合金和中碳钢作了车削实验 。
A new model for prediction of oblique cutting forces is developed in which the effect of cutting conditions such as feed rate, depth of cut, minor cutting edge, and tool nose radius on the equivalent cutting edge is considered. The results obtained from experimental tests on a CNC turning center are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the new prediction model.
