软骨母细胞瘤(附12例报告)

Chondroblastoma:Report of 12 Cases

摘要:本文报告12例软骨母细胞瘤,男7例,女5例。平均发病年龄30岁,好发于长管状骨的骨骺延及干骺端。基本X 线表现为:(1)膨胀性偏心性圆形或椭圆形骨密度减低区,其直径多为3～6cm;(2)内部有点状和不规则钙化;(3)病变与正常骨质分界清楚,可出现硬化边。对皮质旁软骨母细胞瘤以及鉴别诊断等问题进行了讨论。

This paper reports 12 cases of ch-ondroblastoma which is an uncommoncartilaginous tumor of the epiphysis ofbone.There are 7 males and 5 fema-les with mean age of 30 years,Thebasic radiographic findings were:1)A round or oval radiolucent lesion,usually 3 6 cm in diameter,was seeneccentrically and expansively;2)Punctate or irregular calcications sti-ppled the radiolucent area;3)A welldemarcated margin with a scleroticrim was frequent.Juxtacortical chon-droblastoma and differential diagno-sis are discussed in brief.
