摘要
考虑了在预升、卸压过程中 ,轴向柱塞泵柱塞油缸腔内油液压力是逐渐变化的情况 ,推导出了配流盘对缸体液压作用力矩的表达式 ,并依据公式进行仿真分析 ,找出了闭死角与液压力矩稳定性的关系 。
Taking into consideration of the situation that the hydraulic load within the cylinder chamber of axial piston pump changes gradually during the process of both load precharging and pre discharging, the expression of hydraulic moment on the cylinder caused by valve plate is derived, the simulation is then conducted by using it, so that the relationship of blocking angle with the stability of hydraulic moment is found, and finally a proposal concerning noise decrease is advanced.
