原发性十二指肠恶性肿瘤(附32例报告)

Primary Malignant Neoplasms of the Duodenum(A Report of 32 Cases)

本文报告了32例原发性十二指肠恶性肿瘤,以腺癌最常见,有27例,占84%,平滑肌肉瘤4例,恶性淋巴瘤1例。位于十二指肠壶腹周围部20例,占62.5%,壶腹下部8例,占25%,壶腹上部4例,占12.5%。着重分析了上消化道钡餐检查与ERCP 的X 线表现,并讨论了病理表现、诊断与检查方法及X 线鉴别诊断。

This patter reports 32 cases ofprimary malignant neoplasms of theduodenum.Adenocarcinoma was thecommonest type,being present in 27of 32 cases(84%).Leiomyosarcomawas present in 4 cases,and lympho-sarcoma in 1 case.The majority oftumors were located in periampullaryarea(20/32;62.5%)and infra ampu-llary area(8/32;25%).Four cases(12.5%)were present in supra-am-pullary area.Radiological findingsof upper gastrointestinal bariumstudy and ERCP were analysed.Thepathologic findings,methods ofexamination,radiological diagnosisand differential diagnosis are discu-ssed.
