摘要
通过偶联剂处理和超声波振荡的方法使纳米CaCO3 粒子在ABS基体中均匀分散 ,制备出纳米CaCO3/ABS复合材料。利用冲击、拉伸、弯曲测试 ,熔融指数测定对复合材料的力学性能、加工流动性能进行研究。实验测试结果表明 ,纳米CaCO3 粒子起到了增强、增韧ABS的作用 。
Nano CaCO 3 particles were made to disperse uniformly in ABS resin by coupling agents and ultrasonic treatment and CaCO 3/ABS nano composites were prepared. The properties of the composites were examined by impact test, tensile test,bend test and MFI test. The results show that nano CaCO 3 particles can strengthen and toughen ABS with an improvement on the MFI.
